Uniting Strength, Collaborate for the Future--The intern class registration seminar was successfully held

        On December 12, 2024, the company held a reception and discussion meeting for the 2025 Overseas Order Class interns from Chongqing Water Conservancy and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College. Chairman Zhou Yuefei, together with relevant heads from the Engineering Division, Design Division, and Finance Department, gathered with 29 interns to discuss their internship vision. The meeting was hosted by Liao Zhiying, Deputy General Manager of the Engineering Division. The purpose of this meeting was to help the interns gain a better understanding of the company's development history, business areas, and management and operational models, laying a solid foundation for their upcoming internship journey.
        During the meeting, the interns introduced themselves one by one, sharing their academic backgrounds and expectations for the internship. Following this, Zhou Xinyu from the Engineering Division and Liu Fucheng, Director of the Engineering Management Division, provided detailed presentations on the company’s recent contract completions and the steadily increasing annual output value. They also highlighted the company's advantages in construction organization and management. Song Junqi from the Finance Department gave a brief introduction to the company’s self-developed ERP management system, sharing its significant role in improving work efficiency, standardizing project management, and optimizing resource allocation.
        The company’s Deputy Chief Engineer, Feng Quansheng, and Director of the Hydraulic Engineering Division, Xiao Heng, also expressed their high expectations for the interns. They emphasized that English is a critical skill and encouraged the interns to dedicate time daily to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, thereby enhancing their overall competence. Additionally, they advised the interns to align their professional strengths with future career planning early on, effectively integrating construction organization and design capabilities into their practical work experiences.
        At the end of the meeting, the company’s Chairman, Zhou Yuefei, delivered a concluding speech. Drawing on his own experiences in learning and entrepreneurship, he shared the company’s journey of growth, from its inception to establishing a strong foothold in the sector of overseas small hydropower station construction. Zhou Yuefei emphasized that the company’s success in standing out amid intense market competition is attributed to its outstanding design team, efficient project management, and commitment to excellent customer service. He highlighted the core philosophy the company has always upheld: delivering high-quality projects within the shortest possible timelines, which has earned it a strong reputation in the industry.He also offered the interns three valuable pieces of advice:
        Love Your Work to Achieve Your Future.The Chairman emphasized that passion is the key to career success. Only by genuinely loving your work can you maintain a positive mindset in the face of difficulties and challenges, ultimately achieving breakthroughs.
        Face Challenges Head-On, Doesn’t Escape or Complaints.He pointed out that challenges are inevitable in the workplace. Professionalism is demonstrated by confronting problems directly and actively seeking solutions, rather than avoiding or complaining about them.
        Lifelong Learning for Continuous Improvement.He encouraged the interns to adopt a mindset of lifelong learning, continuously enriching their professional knowledge and enhancing their skills to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.
        After the meeting, the interns expressed that they had gained valuable insights from the session. They were particularly inspired by the Chairman’s personal experiences, especially his philosophy of maintaining a positive mindset and proactively addressing challenges. This deeply resonated with them. The interns looked forward to quickly integrate into the company’s operations, gaining a deeper understanding of its management practices and project execution strategies, and further enhancing their practical skills.
        This discussion not only provided the interns with a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business structure and corporate culture but also sparked their enthusiasm and confidence for the upcoming internship. They expressed their determination to approach their work with a positive and energetic attitude, by learning from experienced mentors, and apply their knowledge to the fullest. The interns are eager to contribute their youth spirit to the company’s growth and development.
        Through this discussion, the company demonstrated its commitment to talent development, strengthened its connection with young professionals, and showcased its firm determination to promote sustainable development in the industry.
