On January 22nd, 2025, the company successfully held the 2024 annual summary meeting. The meeting was held in a combination of on-site and online meeting. The main venue was set up at the headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia, and branch venues were set up in various project departments and the Chengdu representative office. The meeting was conducted by the company's vice president Lei Yunbiao, and the chairman Zhou Yuefei made a summary speech.
During the meeting, the heads of each project department reported in detail on the project status, annual project completion, project settlement and collection, and project cost analysis, and arranged and deployed the work plan for 2025. Executive Supervisor Zhou Junlian reported on the progress of the supervisory work in 2024, focused on reviewing the results of the annual audit work, and put forward the audit plan for 2025.

Annual achievements: Congratulations on the company's excellent performance in production value, contract orders and consolidated profits compared with 2023, and thanks to all employees for their hard work.
Experience and problems: In-depth analysis of the company's current main problems, and proposed targeted solutions to clarify the direction for subsequent development.
Core values and development direction: The chairman reiterated that "joint creation, concerted progress, shared prosperity and enjoy together" are the core principles of the company's management, and emphasized the business philosophy of "general contracting, valuable design, short construction period, low price, honesty and trustworthiness". Fully understanding the connotation of "comparative advantage" and doing better than others is the work principle that every employee should follow, and it is also the company's work principle. He also pointed out that the company should continuously optimize the talent selection mechanism, cultivate more compound talents, and inject new vitality into the realization of sustainable development.
For 2025, the chairman clearly put forward constructive operating indicators and expectations for all employees. He firmly believes that with the joint efforts of all employees, the company will achieve even more brilliant results in the new year.
