The Company's 2023 Year - End Summary Meeting Concluded Succ

On February 2, 2023, the company held the 2023 annual work summary meeting. The meeting was held on-site + remotely. The main venue was located in the conference room on the 5th floor of Maqna Apartment, the headquarters of PT Anhe in Jakarta. All back office departments, project departments, Chengdu offices, and affiliated companies attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Lei Yunbiao, Vice President of the company, and Mr. Zhou Yuefei, Chairman of the Board, delivered an important speech.
The meeting first listened to the 2023 annual work report and the overall plan for 2024 work made by the heads of various project departments, departments, affiliated companies and leaders in charge. The meeting also commended on-site the selected annual "Outstanding Teams", "Outstanding Project Managers", "Outstanding Workers" and those with outstanding performance in the 2024 "Project Management and Cost Analysis" training and test.
Finally, Chairman Mr. Zhou Yuefei gave a summary speech from five aspects: work highlights and annual operating results in 2023, main problems that need to be solved in 2024, and the company's mainstream values and development goals. The chairman said that 2023 will be the year when the company creates miracles. Miracles come from hard work, strength, confidence and confidence. The chairman pointed out that "co-creation, co-progress, co-prosperity and sharing" are the company's values. He emphasized that every employee should develop the habit of lifelong learning and fully understand the connotation of "better than" which every employee should follow. Work principles. At the same time, the chairman hopes to strengthen system construction and team building in the new year, and fully improve labor and machinery to reduce costs and increase efficiency. And planned the company's short-term and long-term goals, and outlined the company's development blueprint.
