At 20:06 (Jakarta Time) on June 30, 2026, the Indonesia PDG Data Center JC03 Substation Project reached a major milestone as Main Transformers #1 and #2 were successfully commissioned and energized. This marks the successful completion of the project's first critical milestone within the agreed schedule, laying a solid foundation for the overall commissioning and operation of the substation.
        This project is the company's first independently executed data center substation project and represents its first breakthrough into the overseas data center infrastructure market, achieving a significant milestone from zero to one.when the project team mobilized to the site on November 24, 2025, they were greeted by nothing more than a vast stretch of swampy wasteland. At the same time, the owner imposed exceptionally demanding requirements: Main Transformers #1 and #2 had to be energized by June 30, 2026, while #3 and #4 were required to be fully commissioned by September 30, 2026. With an extremely tight schedule, rigorous technical standards, and strict project management requirements, the project presented challenges well beyond those of conventional substation construction.
        Pressure became motivation, inspiring the project team to fully demonstrate its determination and capabilities. Under the company's overall coordination and guidance, the team implemented a 24-hour, three-shift construction schedule from the very first day on site. Through meticulous planning, efficient coordination, and seamless execution, every stage of the project was carried out with a commitment to precision and urgency. From civil construction and electromechanical installation to system commissioning, testing, inspection, and handover, the entire project chain was completed efficiently within just seven months. Rising from what was once a swamp, a modern substation now stands as a testament to the dedication, expertise, and perseverance of the project team.
        This achievement did not come easily.         The project has now entered the next critical phase, with the second major milestone targeted for September 30, when Main Transformers #3 and #4 will be fully commissioned and the entire substation will be completely energized.
