Aek Silang II Hydropower Station in Indonesia is located in North Sumatra Province, Sumatra Island, Indonesia, with the design water head of 143 m, the designer flow of 9 m³/s, and the installed capacity of 11 MW. The project was started in December 2017 and completed in January 2019.
Aek Silang II Hydropower Station, through the optimization of design scheme, increases the original 10 MW installed capacity to 11 MW to to realize 10% increase of annual power generation for the employer. In this way, water resources are fully utilized, and there is still room for expansion.
